Is my bottle dishwasher safe?
Our bottles are not dishwasher safe. Putting our bottles in the dishwasher can cause damage to the vacuum seal and to the outside of the bottle.
How do I clean/store my bottle?
For best results, hand wash your bottle with a non-abrasive dish soap. Our bottle brush is a great tool for making sure your bottle is as clean as can be. After washing your bottle, let your bottle air dry upside down with the cap off. We recommend cleaning your bottle after every use.
What is my bottle made out of?
Mira bottles are made of high-quality, 18/8 food-grade stainless steel. We use a copper coating in between two stainless steel layers, making our bottles very durable and resilient to rust. All Mira bottles are BPA-free, providing a healthier and more eco-friendly alternative to plastic water bottles. With proper care, your bottle should last for years.
Can I put my bottle in the refrigerator/freezer?
Our MiraGuard technology keeps liquids inside the bottle cold for 24 hours. Placing bottles in the refrigerator/freezer will not change the temperature of the contents inside of the bottle. We do not recommend putting bottles in the freezer, as it may cause the vacuum seal to break.
Why do I hear a rattling sound?
Your bottle should not make a rattling sound. If it does, it means that the small metal disk used during the vacuum-insulation process has become dislodged.
How do I clean/store my lunch jar?
Follow the same instructions under Mira bottle care. To remove outside surface stains, wash your jar with baking soda.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It will take approximately 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
Can I ship to international addresses?
We currently only ship to U.S addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our products may be returned for a full refund, (less shipping charges) within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components and manuals must be included. You are responsible for return shipping. Please email support@mirabrands.com for return authorization.
Can I fix an error on my order?
We process your orders promptly. If you have made an error in your order please contact us immediately by emailing support@mirabrands.com. Based on the shipping status we may be able to correct your error. However if the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to correct the error.
