Shipping & Return Policy
Orders placed before 1pm PST on a regular business day will be shipped the same day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Your Credit Card will be charged only when your order has been shipped.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping) within 30 days of your purchase date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization.
Please note that all returned products must be in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode intact. Returned products must also include all components and manuals.
Fixing errors in your order:
We process your orders promptly. If you have made an error in your order please contact us immediately by e-mailing to email@example.com. Based on the shipping status we may be able to correct your error. However if the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to correct the error.
